How is it different from Neoo Business?
Free, Lite and Lite Pro cover the essentials — customers, quotes, invoices and Peppol — in a shared environment. Neoo Business is your team’s complete Business OS on your dedicated Cloud: advanced CRM, projects, support, purchasing and stock, for €199 a month with 3 users and a Cloud S, then €59 per additional user. The pack also works with one or two accounts, at the same price, and can be tried free for 30 days.
Why aren’t Neoo Commander and Forge included?
Free, Lite and Lite Pro run in a shared environment, used by several customers. Neoo Commander and Forge modules run work on your data inside your instance: they need a dedicated environment, the one that comes with Neoo Business. You can still build a standalone application with Forge Standalone.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. Start with one customer and one quote, keep your tools running alongside, and switch when you feel comfortable.
Is Peppol included?
Yes. Peppol is built into Neoo: included with Lite and Lite Pro, within the plan’s quota with Neoo Free. Your e-invoices go through the Neoo gateway or, if you already have one, through yours.
Can my accountant see all my data?
No. You choose the shared documents and the authorised people, and you can withdraw access at any time.
I need a website or an application. What should I choose?
A website costs €19 per month; an application built with Forge runs on Neoo Cloud from €99 per month. You see the total before you choose.
Can I move to Neoo Business later?
Yes. Your plans share the same platform. You move to Business when your teams need projects, support or shared processes, and we prepare the transition with you.
Will Neoo adapt to the way I work?
Yes. With Forge Standalone, you describe your need in your own words and AI assembles a standalone application, free up to 10 credits a month. Forge modules inside your Neoo need the dedicated environment of Neoo Business.
I’m a Neoo Start customer: what changes?
Nothing without your agreement. Neoo Start is no longer offered to new customers; your subscription and its price stay unchanged until an explicit migration to Lite, Lite Pro or Business, if it suits you.
